Dress to Express
While Sasquatch completes an offering of items to express one’s irreligious nature, we understand why some may find gawdless to be a bit extreme. We don’t plan to become the premiere enemy of religion (that does sound wonderful however), and want to acknowledge the many organizations in the US that have been in this fight longer than us. While we are not familiar with any of the below organizations specific objectives, and while we don’t endorse any in particular, we believe in sharing a space with those with similar beliefs.
Irreligious organizations promote the view that moral standards should be based solely on naturalistic consideration without reference to supernatural concepts (such as gawd or an afterlife), any desire to do good for a reward after death or any fear of punishment for not believing in life after death.
Individuals and organizations sharing these views identify themselves by a variety of terms including bright, freethinker, naturalist, rationalist or skeptic.
